Q.Whats allowed in the dumpster rentals?
A.We allow all trash that the public landfills allow the public to dispose of. Some prohibited items include: Paints, refrigerators/refrigerants, chemicals, tires, asbestos containing building materials. We do not allow dirt, brick or concrete. Have any concerns? Just call us :)
Q.Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
A.At Chop Chop Dumpsters we do our absolute best to make sure the dumpster is delivered in the safest way possible. To ensure driveway protection, we make it policy to place a barrier under the dumpster rollers to ensure protection from scratching or damage.
Q.What if it weighs more than 2 tons (4000 pounds)?
A.If the dumpster weighs more than the allotted 2 tons, we charge a prorated amount of .04 cents per pound over. For example if the dumpster weighs 4500 we charge $20 extra. (500 x .04 = $20)
Q.Will my dumpster weigh extra?
A.If you are throwing away simple household items, your dumpster should for the most part stay within the 2 ton range. Where dumpsters get heavier is when you start disposing of construction waste.
Q.Do you do same day deliveries?
A.We most definitely accommodate same deliveries so long as they are ordered before 2 pm.
Q.What if i need more time?
A.Extra time for the rental is $15/ day after the 7th day!
